
Positions and Responsibilities
All records, rosters, mail strings, documents, scrolls, etc are the property of the RPCoG. If a High Council member leaves their office for any reason, all items are to be sent to the other High Council members immediately. In the event a High Council member is unable or unwilling to perform their duties for a period of one mun month, their Chair will be vacated by High Council vote and another Caste member may be elected in.
1st Chair
Approves Caste Membership
Oversees ideas and suggestions on running the Caste
Conducts the Physicians Caste meetings bringing all matters to the caste for their review and approval and vote
Forms committees within the Caste as needed
Represents the Caste in all matters
Works with the council to set up classes and events as well as participation in the Faires
Reviews logs and scenarios to be returned to the 3rd Chair
Adheres to the same guidelines as all other Physicians
2nd Chair
Helps in running the Registered Physicians Caste of Gor
Helps the 1st chair in keeping the caste informed of internal matters
Presides over the Caste and Council in the absence of the 1st Chair
Runs caste meetings in the absence of the 1st Chair
Stands on all committees and reports back to the 1st Chair
Reviews logs and scenarios to be returned to the 3rd Chair
Works with the council to set up classes and events as well as participation in the Faires
Adheres to the same guidelines as all other Physicians
3rd Chair
Responsible for receiving and handling Caste applications for both free and slave
Responsible for keeping records of all materials received and sent
Responsible for distributing log and scenario to at least two other council members for review
Responsible for scoring questionnaire and coming up with questions for future variety
Responsible for keeping track of each applicants progress and scrolls
Responsible for attaining a scroll of permission from any slave healers Owner
Informs applicants of their status during the application process in a timely manner of no more then 48 hours
Sends a Welcome Scroll to new applicants with further instruction and any helpful information
Notifies new members of their acceptance into the caste
Notifies the Caste of New members so that such information can be sent to the caste, as well as the name added to the roster
Adheres to the same guidelines as all other Physicians
4th Chair - Caste Judge
Hears any cases of malpractice or improper behavior that is brought against the RPCoG or any Caste member
Reviews documentation providing evidence against any Caste member and discusses the issue with the Council upon which a decision is made. In the case of an internal city issue, the First chair of the cities caste will deal with the matter. In the event there is no City Council, the council of the RPCoG will deal with it.
Publishes notices to all Caste members the results of any case
May be called upon to review logs and scenarios
Adheres to the same guidelines as all other Physicians
Scribe
(In the event one is required)
Publishes a monthly newsletter for the caste that includes information scrolls about healing as well as: the announcement of new healers, birth announcements, death announcements, the summary of minutes from the latest High Council meeting, news from each of the High Council chairs as available, and news about and for the Caste as appropriate
Treats all information as confidential. No information shall be distributed to any party other then the High Council without permission from the First Chair
Responsible for all official mailings to all Caste members received from any of the High Council members
Responsible for maintaining the castes site, keeping it updated and accurate
Responsible for attending all RPCoG High Council meetings and keeping a log of all meetings. A summary of minutes - including: date, time, when the meeting commenced and adjourned, those who were in attendance, topics discussed and any results of votes or proposals
Responsible for distributing to the High Council and to ALL Caste members within 24 hours of the meeting
